Wayfinding maps for Cooma North Ridge Reserve are orientated to the visitors viewing direction. Each trail is colour coded, with some trails shared for bikes and walkers. The project showcases Cooma North Ridge Reserve and provides a benchmark for signage in the recreational reserves through the newly amalgamated Snowy Monaro Council.

Directional signage
Directional signage provides visitors with cues to guide them and keep them on the move. They are included on track head signs, minor directional signs, directional totems, map totems and a large visitor information sign. In addition, they promote established tracks and entrances and reduce erosion created by “shortcuts”.
